Important information regarding purchases, postage, returns and terms.
All purchases will be sent within 1 – 2 working days once payment has been received. If there are any issues with your order you will be contacted to discuss your order via email, so please make sure you include your correct email address and phone number.
Orders and payments:
Orders are made online or by contacting us by email. Payments can be made via paypal. You can log in as a guest with paypal if you do not have an account.
All items are sent via Australia Post standard prepaid postage.
International postage is available by contacting us at email@example.com.
Returns may be made within 7 days of order as long as items meet these conditions; they are in ‘as new’ condition and packaging, have not been worn or washed, have labels attached, do not smell of smoke and are not soiled in any way. No refund will include postage costs, and any items purchased on sale are not able to be refunded.
